SENIOR MANAGEMENT - MEHMET ALİ NALÇACIOĞLU

Mehmet Ali Nalçacıoğlu completed his undergraduate studies in Environmental Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and obtained his master’s degree in 2003 from the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technologies at Boğaziçi University. He specializes in the planning, commissioning, and operation of integrated solid waste management projects, separation and waste-to-energy (WtE) facilities, as well as biogas, composting, and renewable energy projects.

He began his career as an operations engineer at Sistem Yapı between 2004 and 2006, followed by roles as a process engineer and project manager at Biwater International from 2006 to 2009. Between 2009 and 2020, he served as Technology Director for Solid Waste Management at Heksagon Katı Atık A.Ş.

Having served as Deputy General Manager at Biotrend Environmental and Energy Investments Inc. since June 2020, Mehmet Ali Nalçacıoğlu continues his role as General Manager of the company as of December 2025.
