SENIOR MANAGEMENT - AYNUR OKTAY

Aynur Oktay completed her undergraduate studies in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. She then obtained her MBA in Business Management and Organization from Kocaeli University. Upon graduating from university, she launched her career with a managerial position at Akal Tekstil, a subsidiary of Akkök Holding. Her quarter-of-a-century journey at Sabancı Group began in 1990 at Kordsa Teknik Tekstil A.Ş., where she served for 17 years in a range of roles spanning management systems, business excellence, audit, strategic planning, production, and R&D laboratory management. From 2004, during her employment at Kordsa, she also provided services to Beksa, SabancıDx, Brisa, Enerjisa, Temsa, and Toyotasa as part of Joint Services. From 2007 to 2015, she functioned as the Corporate Development Director at Teknosa, where she was responsible for governance, risk, and compliance. She led various projects as the Head of GRC Consulting Services at SabancıDx from 2015 to 2016 Aynur Oktay joined Biotrend as Risk and Compliance Director in 2021, continues her duty as Risk and Compliance Director. Aynur Oktay, who speaks English, is married and has two children.
